• Remote “Clicker” – Presentation control
• Keyboard/Mouse

Computer is setup with 4 video outs :
1 goes to the monitor
1 goes to the stage screen via an HDMI <-> Ethernet extender under the desk
1 goes to an HDMI splitter – Which goes to the projector and to Input 1 on the atem.
1 goes to the atem – for the green screen

Audio goes out via USB to the sound desk – this ensures minimal analog noise being picked up

Ethernet via the switch under the atem

Software is ProPresenter Primarily

Switch on the PC via the power button on the front of the desktop box.
Switch on the Monitor
Switch on the Projector and the TV (Either one first)
Switch on the Atem

Log into the computer via the password.

Run normal displays – this sets up the displays into 1 4 2 3
This is monitor, projector, stage tv, green screen.
Launch ProPresenter

alternatively

Run Bible Club / PowerPoint Displays – this sets up the displays into 1 4/2 3
This is monitor projector and stage tv mirrored, and then green screen
Launch PowerPoint or whatever is needed.
DO NOT launch ProPresenter
